After several weeks of speculation, Tim Ream has signed with Bolton Wanderers. According to the Daily Mail, the deal is worth around £2.5million and comes just over a week after England international Gary Cahill sealed his move to Chelsea. From the BWFC website
Over the course of the last two MLS seasons, Ream has been a virtual ever-present, making just short of 60 appearances for the Red Bulls. Ream has played seven times for the US national team since breaking onto the international scene in November 2010 when he made his full senior debut against South Africa. The transfer is subject to international clearance and immigration formalities.
Ream seems to be acclimating himself already, as seen from this interview on his Dream Nove from the BWFC website
From the first day here I felt really comfortable. The gaffer said that I had nothing to prove and it was a chance to get to know the guys and the coaching staff, and that put me at ease from the very beginning. “Even before that week I aimed to challenge myself in England and if an opportunity arose I wanted to come over and try to make it here.
