St. Louis Soccer Training is operated by Josh Tyler, current Women’s Assistant Coach at the University of Missouri-St. Louis (UMSL) and also features current UMSL Head Coach Wendy Dillinger as a trainer.
Winter Warm is a 6-week training course focused on getting in shape for the high school season. It will be a combination of conditioning, speed & agility and foot skills. All sessions will be run by Josh Tyler & Wendy Dillinger.
All training will be held at the Cottleville Soccer Barn in Cottleville, MO.
Training starts January 3rd and runs every Monday & Wednesday until Feb 14th from 4:00-5:30 PM each day. The cost is $160.
Each athlete will receive a Free Joma DryFit Shirt.
