After receiving numerous worthy submissions, US Youth Soccer offered five Goal of the Year and five Save of the Year official nominees. There were three Missouri youth soccer players nominated in the two categories:

Save – Hannah Peterson; 17U FCKC Academy Blues Elite (MO)
Goal – Giuseppe Gereau; 13U St. Louis Gallagher Pre Academy (MO)

Hannah was a member of the State Champion FCKC Academy Blues Elite that is currently competing in National League. She now plays for the FCKC Girls Academy program.
Giuseppe is a National Champion, winning in July with his SLSG MO 2004 Pre-Academy squad. He was also named to the TopXI at the National Championship Series for the age group.
The winners for the 2017 Goal and Save of the Year were announced at the US Youth Soccer Awards Gala in Philadelphia Saturday, January 20th. See all of the nominees in the video below.
