St Louis Soccer Bars

The following list has two components. I try to visit as many of these locations as possible and I offer personal feedback. The other listings have been culled from various stories since the 2010 World Cup and the location was listed as showing the games. The problem with many of the listings and that visitors should be aware of is audio of the games is not always guaranteed. They’ll ‘show’ the game but it may be the St Louis Cardinal’s on other screens and over the speakers.

I’ve highlighted the locations I know will offer the full experience below

Small local bar that is the home of the American Outlaws St Louis Chapter. You get the full experience here and is the go-to spot for the media who go where it’s easiest to get a shot of the soccer crowd.

A newly remodeled outdoor beer garden in June 2014 expanded the crowd that can be handled along with special craft beers. Friend them on Facebook

A popular location in downtown Clayton means its relatively quiet on weekends except for the soccer crowd. A check of the website and Facebook page show the importance of soccer.

A new space 2013 and a nice selection of local craft beers. Same owners as Milagro Mexican in Webster Groves, an upscale Mexican joint worth checking out.

I can’t give OB Clark’s a full-on Audio rating based upon the two visits I’ve made during big games. When you enter on the left is a long bar along with a row of tables and a row of booths. To the right is where the soccer crowd will gather for the games, a traditional dining area with tables. That means it’s possible a Cardinal’s game (or Ram’s/Blue’s game during EPL season) is on at the bar while a soccer match is on in the dining area at the same time. On the other hand, if you want to meet the players from St Louis’ ‘golden age’ in the 70’s your most likely to find them here.

Guinness and IPA are now on tap and everybody loves the pizza and wings.

From the Tigin website “We’ll proudly open our doors early each weekend for the next 9 months to show live EPL matches.
