Mizzou Men’s Club Soccer, Fall 2016
There are plenty of choices when it comes to soccer after high school, one of which is competing for University Club programs. There are six Men’s Club programs in Missouri (and a similar number of Women’s programs) with SIUE also competing in the regular season during the Fall. A program I’ve supported for close to a decade now is the Mizzou Men’s Soccer program, previously led by Kurt Austin who went on to write for me before becoming a key member of the Sporting KC communications group, GM of the Swope Park Rangers and now NSCAA Director of Communications. In other words, your path of success can go through Mizzou Club Soccer!
My contact these days is Eric Stuber, First Team All-State for Ladue in 2013 and a MAC All-Star in 2014 before heading to Mizzou. He’s working hard to support and promote the Club program and sends news of a fund-raiser in St. Louis later this Summer. The program could use the support of all Mizzou fans in particular this year as budget cuts will impact these true student athletes well before the ‘amateur’ athletes from basketball, football and sundry other SEC competitors.

Participants will be guaranteed 18 holes of Golf as well as a complimentary boxed lunch and free food/beverage throughout the day. There will be prizes for longest drive and closest to the pin as well as a raffle which all participants are entered into free of charge.
