Personal and group training with sessions between seasons – Winter and Summer.
Winter 2018 offered two sessions a week over six weeks of training. Designed to offer players conditioning, speed and agility and foot skills.
Photos and video are from the January 24th session led by Wendy Dillinger, Head Coach for the UMSL Lady Tritons and Josh Tyler, founder and assistant coach at UMSL after previously leading the St. Charles CC Cougars to the NJCAA National Tournament in 2015 and 2016.
